Aggressive Animal Policy.

  1. Precautionary Measures: if an animal displays signs of aggression or has a history of aggressive behavior, we take precautionary measures to ensure the safety of our sitters and other animals. This may include the usage of muzzles, leashes or other forms of restraint during handling and/or transport.

  2. Client Communication: We communicate openly and honestly with clients about any aggressive behavior exhibited by their pets. We work collaboratively with clients to develop strategies and best course of action for managing their pet’s aggression and ensuring the safety for everyone involved.

  3. Documentation and Reporting: Any incidents involving aggressive behavior by animals are required to be reported in detail. Incident reports are reviewed to assess the situation, identify any improvement necessary and take appropriate corrective action if needed. If a pet shows aggression towards our sitters, this incident will be documented and noted for any future bookings.
