  • How is Oasis Pet Care different from other pet sitting businesses?

    We put the needs of your animals first! We stick with the schedule your pet is comfortable with while you are away because we don’t want them to miss their family too much. We make sure to give our furry friends a ton of attention and cuddles.

  • Do you accept bookings for animals besides dogs & cats?

    Yes we do! We love and accept all pets. We accept pets ranging from horses and sheep to small rodents, fish, dogs, and cats. We don’t discriminate, so don’t hesitate to reach out!

  • Do you offer overnight services?

    We do not currently offer overnight services. In lieu of this, we do offer day stay services, so your sitter is with your pet all day long. With day stays, your sitter can stay from 9am-5pm or 8am-8pm depending on your needs and preferences. Your sitter does not stay the night but will show up bright and early the next day, for multiple-day bookings.

  • Do you offer boarding services?

    We currently only accept small dogs who get along well with other dogs and cats. Contact us for further details if you are unsure if your dog applies to this.

  • What if I need my house watched, but I don't have pets?

    We offer house services as well for those who don’t have pets but need their house watched. We offer pool services, garden services, grocery run services, etc. Contact us for further details!

  • How do I book your services?

    We use Time to Pet for all bookings. You can click “Oasis Family Portal” to create an account or click any “book us” throughout the website. Once you’ve created an account and requested a date(s), we will confirm or deny the booking, offering alternative times. Once everything is confirmed, we set up a paw-sitive introductions meet.

  • Do your services cost more than kenneling?

    We base our prices off our local kennel, depending on what services they offer in comparison. We don’t think you should have to pay more just to keep your pet at home, so that’s why our services are reasonably priced based on our local town.

  • Are you insured and bonded?

    We are insured and bonded. We are insured by PCI (Pet Care Insurance) and pending bonding by Surety Bonds Direct.

  • My dog/cat has a temper and they don't get along with people very well. Will you still watch them?

    We don’t discriminate! If you have any pet, we are available to watch them. If your pet is squirrely or has a temper, let us know and we will construct customized plan so your pet has the best care while you are away as well as protection of our pet sitters to ensure no accidents.

  • Do you charge me if my pet has an emergency and has to go to the vet?

    We hope that while you are away, there are no accidents, however sometimes they can’t be helped. We charge by the hour. We would bring your pet to the vet in order to get the care they need. Any fees or costs incurred from the visit will have to be paid by the owner, including $20/hour your sitter is at the vet.

  • How does your referral program work?

    Once you mention our business to a friend and they book with us, a credit will be applied to your account!
