Code of Conduct.

Professionalism: We conduct ourselves in a professional manner and with respect to all interactions with clients and their pets.

Confidentiality: We respect the privacy and confidentiality of our clients and their pets. We will not disclose any confidential information without the explicit consent of the client.

Pet Welfare: We prioritize the health, safety and well-being of the pet(s) under our care. We treat all animals with kindness and compassion. In pursuit of this, we will leash dogs outside at all times, unless the client has a fenced in yard; additionally, we will keep all outdoor or indoor/outdoor cats inside during the duration of our visit to avoid any external incidents.

Communication: We communicate openly and fruitfully. We listen to the needs of our clients and respond promptly.

Conflict Resolution: We handle any and all conflicts and disagreements professionally and with curtesy. We strive to maintain a positive working relationship with our client(s) and their pet(s) in a respectful manner to ensure trust between both parties.

Ethical Standards: We adhere to the highest standards of ethical behavior and integrity in all our pet service visits. We conduct business honestly and with transparency, earning the trust and confidence of our clients and their pets.
