Payment Procedures

Invoicing: Upon completion of entire booking, an invoice will be generated and sent to the email address on file. The invoice will include a detailed breakdown of services rendered, along with the tax and total amount due.

Payment Methods: Oasis Pet Care & Services LLC Offers a multitude of payment options for clients based on their accessibility and need. We allow credit/debit cards, electronic bank transfers, PayPal, Venmo, or cash.
Payment Terms and Recurring Payment Schedule: Payment is due within 10 days from the last date of service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. For recurring services, such as weekly dog walking, payment may be scheduled in advance for the entire duration of the service period.

Discounts & Promotions: In the event of booking a service within a promotion period, or receiving a discount on your booking, any discounts or promotions will be applied to the invoice, which will be accessible the late of the last service. Actual promotion and discount prices may vary, depending on the total price of your booking. Please contact us for more details.

Payment Confirmation: Once payment is received and process, a confirmation receipt will be issued to the client for their records. If paying in person or via check, please allow sufficient time for processing before services are rendered.

Secure Payment Processing & Online Payments: To provide added convenience, we offer online payment options through our secure payment portal. Clients can access the payment portal via our website, oasis-petcare.com and follow the instructions to complete the payment process, or through the mobile app.
