Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Period: Clients are required to provide a minimum notice period for cancellations at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pet sitting service. Clients may do this either through email: katelynd@oasis-petcare.com or via the Oasis Client Portal. If the client cancels with less than a 48 hour notice, they may be subject to fees.

Paw-sitive Introductions
Complimentary meet & greets consultations! Your pet sitter will drive to your home to get a lay of the land, meet your pet(s), and gather any important information they may need (e.g. feeding times, litter box location, hiding places, etc). You will receive a Welcome to the Oasis Family Care Packet, which will include all important updates and features about our business as well as a surprise gift (or two!) for you and your furry companions.

Booking Process
We use Time to Pet as our booking software. It is a modern, app with a clean interface and easy communication and booking channels. It makes booking easier than ever before! You will either receive an email from Oasis, prompting you to continue registering, or you may click “Oasis Family Portal” on our home page and create an account on your own. Once you’ve created your account, you can download the Time to Pet app on the app store so you can easily manage all pet and sitter communication on the go, if needed. You will easily be able to book multiple services for multiple days with as many animals as you need. Your booking will be a “processing request” and we will need to confirm or mark those dates as unavailable, allowing you to create alternative dates. All of this can be done on either the app or the desktop site, accessed through our home page.
Accessing the Oasis Family Portal
We have customized our pet parent portal account. It’s called Oasis Family Portal! You can access this portal by clicking the “Oasis Family Portal” portal button on the home screen or by opening the “Time to Pet” mobile app.

Pet Care Instructions
Every pet and client have different needs and preferences so instead of having one set pet care procedure, we tailor the pet care to you and your pet(s) specific needs.
Aggressive Animals
We don’t discriminate! We have dealt with aggressive animals in the past and we will continue to deal with them because they need care as well. Pet Medication Administration
It’s always free, no matter what! We proudly offer pet medication administration free of charge because things happen and just like humans, pets sometimes need medicine, whether that’s a shot of insulin, a heart pill or powder in their food to help strengthen bones. We don’t discriminate and we don’t feel as though you should not be charged for this.
Key Management
To ensure the smoothest and safest care for your pet(s) and your household, we require a key to get in and out of your house, unless otherwise discussed between sitter and client. Effective key management is essential to providing reliable and secure pet care services in our clients’ homes. Our key management policy outlines the procedures and responsibilities associated with the handling and usage of keys provided by clients:
Key Collection: Keys to clients’ homes will only be collected by an authorized Oasis Pet Care & Services sitter assigned to handling your pet(s).
Key Handling: All keys collected from clients will be labeled with a unique identifier and stored securely. keys will be stored separately from any identifying information to ensure client privacy and security.
Key Usage: Keys provided by clients will be used solely for the purpose of accessing the client’s home during scheduled pet care visits.
Key Return: Upon completion of pet care services, keys will be securely returned to the client directly. In some cases, the sitter may hold on to the key if the client verbally confirms this.
Lost or Misplaced Keys: In the event that a key is lost, misplaced, or damaged during pet care services, Oasis Pet Care & Services will immediately notify the client and take appropriate steps to rectify the situation.
Required Alternative Access to Home: In the event that a key cannot be provided by the client, any of the following methods are acceptable: garage door opener, garage access code and door access code. We do prefer keys, if possible, though. Please note that we do require 2 forms of access in the event we cannot get in your home. This is to prevent worrying you on your trip and to ensure uninterrupted service for your pet(s).

Continuing Education
Our pet sitters are learning new things every day. Despite being highly trained and experienced in caring for a wide variety of animals, there is still space to learn and improve. We are dedicated to giving our clients the best care possible, and that is why our sitters are concurrently engaging in virtual training and classes to better serve you and your furry friends.
Payment Procedures
Payment Options: Oasis Pet Care & Services LLC Offers a multitude of payment options for clients based on their accessibility and need. We allow credit/debit cards, electronic bank transfers, PayPal, Venmo, or cash.
