At Oasis Pet Care & Services LLC, we strive to maintain transparent and fair payment practices while delivering high quality, exceptional care to your beloved pets. Please review our late payment policy below.

Payment Terms: Payment is due 10 days from the last date of service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Accepted payment methods include credit cards/debit cards, electronic bank transfers, checks, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, and cash.

Late Payment Penalties: A late fee of 20% will be applied to any outstanding balance that is not paid by the due date.

Payment Reminders: We will send reminders about upcoming and overdue payments via email to help you stay informed about your account status. Please ensure that your contact information is up to date to receive these notifications.

Collections Process: If payment remains outstanding after 30 days from the due date, we reserve the right to initiate collection proceedings. You may be responsible for any additional costs associated with the collection process, including but not limited to collection agency fees and legal fees.

Dispute Resolution: If you believe there is an error or discrepancy in your invoice, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the invoice to resolve the issue promptly.
